What are Content Templates?

Content Templates are simply a way for you to create and save pre-made templates for future or repeated use.

They are broken down by Email Templates & Facebook Messenger Templates.

You will also see a section for SmartEngage Templates.

These are pre-made templates created by us which cannot be modified.  Any changes you make to these templates will automatically save under a new name or copy.
